Scott brings over 25 years of expertise in dairy nutrition, reproduction, and farm consulting, with a career rooted in hands-on experience across beef, dairy, and equine operations.
Holding advanced degrees in Hydrology (Colorado State) and Dairy Cattle Nutrition and Reproduction (University of Florida), Scott has advised farming operations nationwide and internationally, spoken at leading industry conferences, and served on influential advisory boards. As founder of Bos Sancti Consulting, Inc., he developed innovative animal nutrition products, including Harmonize and No Fly Zone, and now leads Kalium Agri with a patent-pending breakthrough designed to improve dairy herd health, sustainability, and profitability.

Dr. Valdez is a globally recognized leader in animal nutrition with more than 40 years of experience advancing livestock health and productivity.
Holding advanced degrees in Dairy Science (University of Florida, Oklahoma State) and a Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition with post-doctoral research (Washington State, University of Minnesota), Dr. Valdez has held senior leadership roles including Global Vice President of Business Development at Kemin Industries. Through his consulting firm, Fern Creek LLC, he has advised dairy and beef producers worldwide on cutting-edge nutritional technologies and innovations, with a focus on metabolites that improve intestinal health, efficiency, and sustainability. At Kalium Agri, he leverages his deep expertise and global network to drive the development and commercialization of breakthrough solutions that transform dairy herd performance and environmental stewardship.
